Whenever you defeat two of the three servants, the last servant standing should really only switch to their main attack. For example, here is what the fight against Kleio looks like 1v1:

The fight would go by much faster if he just switched to his slashly slashy attack constantly, without reducing the difficulty at all.

Even if the player was down to 1hp, the outcome would still be the same, you either die to their main attack or you don't; Pretty much everyone can just roll through Kleio by himself when he turns supersonic mode.

A similar story would pan out for Euterpe with his rain of Arrows attack (albeit his main attack isn't any much harder when solo'd)

By the way, I know I could have parried with the shield the whole time, but some people don't run shields (like myself, I actually only have the assault shield to go back to the boss(s) quicker xD). But again, having them switch only to their main attack when solo'd doesn't decrease or increase the difficulty, it just makes it less grindy.

alternatively, make kleio's secondary attack actually punishable like those of the other two

can't you just parry the dash though?

cause mace doesn't have this issue as much, and you can punish kleio easy with a shield. euterpe I get but the other two seem fine
