It's really a bummer that some biomes are less viable on 3-5 BC only because they contain fewer fragments than other biomes. Ancient Sewers for example has 5 fragments whereas Ramparts only has 2...
The number of Fragments in the "worst" and "best" paths are 17 and 28, which is 3 whole scrolls. An extra 3 scrolls would increase your damage by 52.1%! Locking that behind a specific path makes it boring, you shouldn't be forced to decide between fun/variance and having higher chances at winning.
Scroll Fragments should be more equal across biomes. Instead, biomes can be differentiated in value based on Gear Level, shops, difficulty, an so on. This balance shouldn't allow a difference of 3 whole Scrolls.
