fixing taunt

It’s clear that taunt was not thought through much before release because it’s kind of useless and buggy. I think it should be that the target does more damage too you not attack speed increase or draftees attack speed and your damage boost on that enemy,

it would be so so boring of it just gave enemies damage buff

i havent used taunt a lot but that is one thing i like
it may be "buggy" but i like to think of it as the game challenging you to learn an enraged enemy's attack pattern by changing the speed they swing at you usually
