Yes, it may looks like "Russia just have blocked betacraft", but i can access https://betacraft.uk/serverlist without VPN from my browser, and the problem with sounds can't be solved (first launch with VPN, sounds have been downloaded, you can play without VPN) as later for unknown reason, I have all sounds in my resource folder, i can even play them with the soundplayer, but without VPN they don't work in game

if you want to force sounds to load from disk when offline, use F3+S. only works in versions a1.1.0 and later. earlier versions require an internet connection for sounds
