(📰) Thanks to @storm sedge after showing me how to do it i can share with y'all but lets started. (Btw creds to every dev and mod and admin from the Betacraft team!)

(🟢) So first off all you have have to create a new instance of Minecraft now let's say it's B1.7.3 (pic 1) and then click on edit (✏️) (pic 2) enter the proxy (pic 3) and click save (pic 4) now start the game and let it download (pic 5) and check on MP or SP that u have a skin now! 😄 (pic 6)

This works with both non logged in and logged in accounts, the only thing I want to say is that It's not gonna work without internet connection so it can't load it from cache. Working capes and sounds also so it's not just about appearance.

Thats just the version index (which comes from mojang which is why its still up to date) the launcher itself doesnt get updated anymore
