what would be the dwarven word for duergar
dwarf and duergar in english are doublets (from ON dvergr) so directly translating would land you in the same place
there's no in-world translation for "dwarf", udos is "man" while i prefer using the false-friend kokeb ("dweller")
you could construct all number of vicious epithets used by each civilization for each other pretty easily, but finding a term they use for themselves derived from in game words would be a little harder
