Can't find the microg patch

Hello, I downloaded the latest youtube app and selected it but when im trying to complete step 4 i get stuck. I cant find the MicroG patch under the "select patches".
What did i do wrong?

There's no such thing. Microg is an App you need to download in order to use YouTube Revanced, I think you are using this guide here:
https://sodawithoutsparkles.github.io/revanced-troubleshooting-guide/step-by-step/01-requirements/

Go back to step 3 and download the GmsCore into your device and follow the next steps.

And as it is said in the guide, in this part just select the Default option and start to patch your app.
