This issue is just a minor nick pick but I'd like to get rid of it since it is kind of annoying.
I've already tried disabling sponserblock in settings

Did you just download an apk from somewhere?

If debugging patch is enabled you can hide this in settings

But i would recomend using revanced manager to patch youtube
