I feel like stickers need a common enough use that people's minds will go to said sticker rather than the message they could type out instead. I think this one represents something that is not really commonly used or said in this server, is kind of vague, and replaces a message that is quick to type and people are already familiar with what it means, whereas this has to be traced back to that and might take some more processing which is not good for something that is supposed to represent an expression clearly.
