FastLED percision drawing

So i have a problem i cant solv, this Pattern Cylon draws X amounts (PatternPixelAmount) lets say 4 pixels on the strip and moves it down the strip:

so what is happening here is that the 4 pixels in the middle (in the picture) flickers / has brightness changes on each step / movement :S that is NOT supposed to happen but i cant figure out why
