Adding vertices seems to have made it simultaneously better and worse -- I was getting that originally, but the end of the horn [I'm making horns] came to a weird squished shape that curved the wrong way with like 10 vertices left... now I got a nice full thing to work with, but this mess got worse
And none of the cleanup tools under mesh appear to help
And I need to print this tonight or I shall be slain

Most of the lab is built with scrap material but a few things needed to be purchased
So far only floor frame plywood, outlets + some of the electrical components, and doors have been purchased, future purchases include a couple windows, insulation, and sheetrock. Other than that it's just scrap and donations. Got Cat-5 running through the walls because a friend of mine sent me a thousand feet out of nowhere when I was complaining about how hard it is to gather lots of cheap ethernet cables from thrift and lop the ends off lol
Not hard because physically difficult but because you have to go thrifting on a regular basis to multiple places to find the current good deals
If I lived in town that wouldn't be a problem but I live 5+ miles from the nearest thrift store

Point is I've had some generous donors and have a keen eye for repurposing things
I think so far people have donated about $800-$1000 of money and purchased goods but not all of that is toward the building

I think I accidentally spooked the apartment maintenance tech. A few days ago I got an email that the apartment maintenance folks would be replacing our air filters. I had already replaced it with a better one, so I called and asked them to not replace mine. Fast forward to today, and I get the alert I hoped would never trigger:
I was… concerned, so I called the office to check if it was maintenance. The office person put me on hold for a bit and then confirmed that my message about the filter hadn’t made it to the maintenance team, it was them, they’re sorry, and he noticed he triggered my alarm.
I thought it was odd that the tech would mention that, and odder still that the person I spoke with would pass it along, and then I looked at the sound file that played from a nearby speaker when the door closed:

Simply detect when two subsequent calls to the stack page are non-sequential and increment / decrement a stack page counter as necessary
Since the 6502 only uses the 0x01XX range you can replace that high part of the address with an extended counter that represents the high stack address
So you subtract each address value from previous value. If there's a carry or borrow you'll be able to easily detect that using a difference rollover detector and increment or decrement the extended address counter as eneded

requires a wee bit of prep, but definitely possible
you'll start with putting down some flux, get it melted, apply solder paste along the pins and a little bit on the E-Pad
run your iron along the pads to get a good bit of solder on each pad. clean up most of the flux with rubbing alcohol
then apply hot air to the area and place your RP2040 chip
press down as equally as you can on the chip to make sure you get good contact, but not so hard that you create bridges.
it is a 0.4mm pitch so bridges are very likely

In US elections of 2016, there were quite a few websites (usually run from Romania or other Eastern European country) spreading all kinds of fake news. I am not talking about difference of positions, I am talking about verifiable false statements, sometimes very outrageous.
They were not in it for political reasons - just for money; they had advertisers, and the more people come to the website, the better.
They were asked why they did fake news - why didn't they publish the real ones instead? The answer was that fake ones attracted way more clicks.
