I would say try Tea Tree Oil on a normal infected cut, but since it's the eye, try putting a little honey on it. I have had that happen to one of my cats before. I gently put a little honey on it, 2 times and it was completely healed within 5 days! FYI, antibiotics are usually a bad idea, as they also destroy the good bacteria that is trying to heal the infection.
