At some point, I gotta wonder if a latching relay is a cheaper/more efficient solution to switching hi-wattage devices

@eager sapphire yeah, but remember that a MOSFET's forward resistance would probably equate to a couple of watts with this kind of load. Hot enough for a heat sink, perhaps.

Nope my phone is only on Prior to 6-8am and after 6-11pm phone is on.
Usually do not make it home in time for the shows these days.
2 hours to work and 2 hours back.
