Saphire event clovers lost

I spun the wheel and was supposed to get 300 clovers to spend in the shop along with some gems and gold.
When I went to the shop the clovers are missing.

Tnx MJ. I opened a conversation also but don’t hold out a lot of hope as it is nearly over. Never spun anything over 170 before. ☹️

Unsure if gems and gold disappeared also.

Have you tried reloading? Sometimes that gives it a kick.
But unfortunately 1 day events can be a nightmare to get a reply in time for. The CHE issues won't have helped with the workload.

They should do as long as you don't claim them before then
