Notification pop-up

When using the route edition mode to see the cities needs. sometimes the notification screen pop-ups. This blocks any think behind the pop-up. therefore in order to see what comedies the city has to offer or need is block by the pop-up. You have to close the route edition mode screed. Then close the notification screen. Re open the route mode again and make any changes to the train loads. Suggest the a small x be placed in the upper right corner of the notification pop-up. So the notification can be closed without closing the route mode screen.
