they look pretty clean to me
I think for muscle up they have to be higher so I'll keep working on that

though you can probably get higher once you introduce the swing thing
i dont muscle up but i know theres that technique im sure you know of
where you do a slight swing at the bottom and go up at a certain point in that slight swing
