Shit attempt at freestanding HS
You think I'm strong enough for Freestanding HS?
Kick up with your feet closer to your hands
Easier to stop the movement if it is less horizontal
- Do not hide your head in your shoulders, look at the floor, will be way quicker for you to learn
- Hands a bit closer to the wall
- One foot should be in a line with the body, while you try to put away weight from the one on the wall
- Freestand won't work since u have a bad habit of placing ur head in your shoulders instead of looking at the ground
- You don't use fingers at all from what I see, fingers are what are doing the balance in handstand, you should try standing more belly to the wall like in the first video and practicing kicking slightly with your foot off the wall and coming back to the wall using strength in your fingers. Stay on your feet, lean forward, you'll feel how front of your feet is pushing to the ground, lean back, your back of your foot is pushing to the ground. The same is in handstand, but with hands

Your main focus should be:
- Make sure to look at the ground the whole time
- Use fingers, play with them, start to feel what they do

Good exercise for the fingers thingy is to do handstand back to wall but your hands need to be really close to the wall, for you to be in a straight line, then bent fingers in your hands and push them to the ground with maximum power while being flexed (ass, core) - You'll feel that your feet is slowly moving away from the wall, thanks to your fingers
You have to work on the fingers awareness
If your wrists feel fine, yeah

And when doing the back to wall handstand, belly handstand (do not do freestand yet) think about your fingers, think how to use them, do not think how to get in balance and hold the handstand, just fingers

handstands are pretty easy i think dont take too much strength. its best if the wall has like a mat, there are some gyms that have matted walls. face the wall and kick and rest your feet at the wall. keep your hands around shoulder width apart. idk i did gymnastics so thats how i learned
