Meaning: I don’t have anywhere to rest / lean the back onto
Im only doing it seated because of the ceiling height
Seems fine; you can likely arch a bit back to allow you a bit more freedom of movement. Your forearms are occassionally not straight under the bar, might lose stability as it gets harder
Just allow yourself to move back and make room for the barbell
standing ohp does it, you should have no issue
Okay but isn’t that what I’m doing already ? Leaning back and then moving forward as I push my head “through the window”?
you're straightening your body upright again at the bottom
this isnt required and is pushing your arms forward
rather, dont need to fully straighten
