you're set up a bit too far behind the bar - starting position should generally be above mid-foot. you look mostly.like you're squatting down as opposed to hinging down (which, you are)
this is a bit off as I set up too close to the bar here, but your movement when starting should be much more of a hinge setup.
you'll be "squatting" a bit, but the intent isnt to squat/press the bar up, but to wedge and move with your hips, hamstrings
to answer your second statement about upper back/shoulders rounding a bit
didnt really see anything problematic
my upper back rounds a bit, but it isnt leading the movement

When deadlifting your almost wanting to kinda squat while pulling it up if that makes sincd
