New to calisthenics, wondering if my routine is well set. Thank you ^_^.

Upper (Thursday/Sunday)

Pull-ups / Dips (3x8)

Inverse Rows / Deficit Pushups (3x15)

6kg Lateral Raises / Pike Pushups (2x12)

8kg Bicep Curls / Tricep Pushups (2x12)

Wrist Extensions / Wrist Flexions Pronated Curls (1xFailure)

Lower (Wed/Sat)

Bulgarian Split / RDLS (3x8)

Weighted Calve Raises (3x16)

Reverse Hypers / Hanging Leg Raises (3x12)

Equipment Available:

  • Adjustable Dumbells
  • Barbell (I use it as a pullup bar however)
  • Pull-up Bar
  • Dip Bar
