6kg Lateral Raises / Pike Pushups (2x12)
8kg Bicep Curls / Tricep Pushups (2x12)
Wrist Extensions / Wrist Flexions Pronated Curls (1xFailure)
Lower (Wed/Sat)
Bulgarian Split / RDLS (3x8)
Weighted Calve Raises (3x16)
Reverse Hypers / Hanging Leg Raises (3x12)
Equipment Available:
- Adjustable Dumbells
- Barbell (I use it as a pullup bar however)
- Pull-up Bar
- Dip Bar
