It looks like the weight starts a bit too far in front of you, so you're having to lean forward and roll the bar backward a bit before it even leaves the ground. Bar path should be straight up and down.
Do i should stsrt with the bar closer by my shins
Any other things that i should do better?
Yes, closer to your shins
And I don't have any other tips for you, but I'm also not nearly the most knowledgeable DLer here 😅
Still thank tou tho
Too far forward, your biomechanics suck
What are biomechanics
What should i so better more detail pls
Thank you for helping btw
Essentially your technique
Tension your back more, get a more neutral lower back, push the floor with your legs
Is my liwer back now too roubder or too the ither way
Ehat do you mean by tension your back more
My upper back?
Put my shoulderblades together?
And and i think i am alrrady pushing the floor with my legs
Should i go down more?
@raw tree
I think I get what he's saying. Everything should be tense before you lift, and the weight should be evenly distributed across your feet throughout the lift. Your feet are shifting around a lot and you're not pulling the slack out of the bar before lifting (your elbows bend just before you lift every time).
