Is this form on the band assisted Front Lever alright? Can i practice like that or could i develop a bad habit of some kind?

yeah i saw people doing it like that but i've yet to find a way to do it rather comfortably and fitting resistance bands
The band can help for sure, but your lack adequate pulling strength. Your scapulae is not neutral and you’re struggling with the band.
I would focus on getting stronger, more pulling strength.
Without the band which progression can you hold with good form for 5+ secs?

You think straight arm lat pulldowns on the cable machine work? It's pretty much the exact muscle and movement that keeps the hips up during FL.
