looks ok
i would get a slightly wider grip and make sure you’re pulling to the same height on both sides
Am i not pulling to the same height? I just rewatched the video but i dont notice it
Im 17
you’re like tilted to the left very slightly
do you find it harder to depress your left scapula
Meaning my pull on left side is weaker?
Not that ive noticed
My left shoulder used to be higher than my right when standing - i fixed the posture issue but its quite noticeable when doing dips/barbell rows
in the video towards the last few reps it looks like your left shoulder shrugs up more relative to right
i am pretty sure you arent supposed to post shirtless pictures or videos of yourself
since youre a minor
Its not in #full-rules though
Does that mean my left side is weaker/less rom?
its less of a specific rule to this server
but more of a general thing
because you are a minor
at least thats how i think of it
Oh ill take the post down after i get advice if thats alrifht
well do you feel your left side is weaker
Not when i do the movement
But when i hold the upright position in dips/bw shrugs- my left shoulder sits higher
I havent felt weaker in my left side during pulls apart from barbell rows
you don’t also see that in this video?
its very slight
im just saying to pull up straight and not to the side
i see it too
I see it in the last two reps - didnt notice until you pointed it out
Its not something that i actively feel when performing the movement
well be more conscious about pulling straight up
Thank you - ill keep that in mind
Also thanks for your advice - about two months ago i was stuck on 3 pullups
good progress
