back can be slightly more straight or horizontal
way i got my straddle was not focusing on single legs but instead slowly extending both the legs into straddle,
almost like the same progression into a full front lever but slightly easier

No. Your body line is very wonky. You should have a straight body line with a neutral scapula.
I would regress, and do a progression where you can hold good form with straight arms.
