Top part is rear delts right
Once your elbows pass your torso the rear delt bias will get bigger and bigger yes
Don't forget to retract your scapula throughout the movement (you can let it protract at the bottom). It'll help you work your upper back and touch the bar more easily
Any bw movement i can do to isolate rear delts? Feels like its really lacking for me
