looks like you should be doing incline pushups
your form starts failing bc you’re clearly not strong enough to do these properly for multiple reps
So is the form correct at the start? Also when I do incline push-ups I could only do like 2-3 more before struggling and sometimes somehow one of my arm applies more force than other to get up during incline pushup
Leaving a kind of sharp pain in my elbow
it starts failing immediately so not really
do a higher incline and get stronger then
