Might wanna drop the weight
id do more rom if i were you
and i like to start frmo a depressed position you just start depressed which i think could hurt you?

Dropped the weight and after that did feel like i have gone deeper. Any wisdom to unlock full rom?

im not the best so you'd def need a second opinion but i'd say

what might just a tiny bit, at least it does for me, is to squeeze the weight between my legs so my lower body isnt all floppy
need to improve shoulder extension mobility
could practice sinking into a deep dip without weight, just doing the negative as low as you can go for the stretch
could try leaning forward more too
You're not really allowing your body to move at all - standard dip movement for chest/shoulder you should be leaning forward with your chest, at the least
also, you're on an assisted machine - if you want to learn the feel of a proper rom dip then I would use the machine's assistance to practice the rom with easier weight
