#made this routine based off the space i have available to do it in + equipment (bands)

Routine
Monday, Wednesday, friday
(All with resistance bands unless training core)
- tricep pushdown: 15 reps, 5 sets (50lb resistance band, either red and blue or black)
- 1 minute break
- Bicep curls: 8 reps, 5 sets (60lb resistance, yellow red blue)
- 1 minute break
- Chest press: 15 reps, 5 sets (60lb resistance, red yellow blue)
- 1 minute break
- Sitting rows: 10 reps, 5 sets (150lb resistance, all bands)
- Forearm/wrist curl: 10 reps, 5 sets (60lb resistance, red yellow blue)
- Plank: 30 seconds, 3 sets
- 1 minute break
- Situps: 10 reps, 5 sets
- Pushups: 5 reps, 4 sets
For further information: i only have resistance bands, i have a door, i cant do pull-ups, and i dont know whether to do sitting rows or normal rows
pretty questionable routine, is there a reason why you arent just doing the primer

Not really, i just really want to utilise my resistance bands + the primer seems kind of easy
- you should utilize your resistance bands when appropriate
- you cant do pullups lol, the primer is probably appropriate for you and will be challenging enough if you do the exercises properly

My doors not tall enough (im 6’ and my door is like 6’3)
Also even if i did, that wont be happening anytime within a month because im 15 cant work and get an allowande
- you can bend your knees when you hang off the bar
- $20 is not a lot of money and you can find a way to get $20 somehow
its not even that relevant bc you dont need a pullup bar to do the primer
