Routine
Monday, Wednesday, friday
(All with resistance bands unless training core)

  • tricep pushdown: 15 reps, 5 sets (50lb resistance band, either red and blue or black)
  • 1 minute break
  • Bicep curls: 8 reps, 5 sets (60lb resistance, yellow red blue)
  • 1 minute break
  • Chest press: 15 reps, 5 sets (60lb resistance, red yellow blue)
  • 1 minute break
  • Sitting rows: 10 reps, 5 sets (150lb resistance, all bands)
  • Forearm/wrist curl: 10 reps, 5 sets (60lb resistance, red yellow blue)
  • Plank: 30 seconds, 3 sets
  • 1 minute break
  • Situps: 10 reps, 5 sets
  • Pushups: 5 reps, 4 sets

For further information: i only have resistance bands, i have a door, i cant do pull-ups, and i dont know whether to do sitting rows or normal rows

Also even if i did, that wont be happening anytime within a month because im 15 cant work and get an allowande

  • $20 is not a lot of money and you can find a way to get $20 somehow
