See if having your hands 5cm closer to your knees feels more comfy
But looks good
@faint crystal
Thanks a lot!
While doing push-ups, I notice that the cartilage in my elbows shift out of place, causing me slight pain and discomfort. What might be causing this, and how can I fix this, any idea?
Try moving your arms a bit further back or tucking elbows more
@faint crystal
Move form around a bit and see if it still happens
I am at work now but I will try it when I am back at home.
I have to move my shoulders ever so slightly more forward to prevent the same thing
I will do it tomorrow morning.
Well, I think this cartilage thing could happen because of the damage I received there or other thing.
Well, if I move my arms further back my chest doesn't touch the floor.
So, idk considered proper form of push-up.
But if my chest touchs the floor, my elbow cartilage definitely shifts out.
Idk what to do.
Btw, this happens only at my left elbow.
