#Rings Pike Push Ups

Hi all,

I’m doing rings pike push ups because rigs allow me to go into deficit and perform the movement with a wider range of motion.

  • are they performed properly or am I pushing vertically too much?

  • in the videos you will see me performing them with straight legs and bent legs, which one is performed better?

any suggestions and critiques are appreciated! Thanks!

I recommend straight leg for consistency

Also. You go from a tucked elbow position to a wide position, which is fine

#

However if your goal is hspu keep them tucked if possible

#
