should i go lower hips or not
no belt bc i wanna get used to bracing w/o belt
also my lower back bends but i cant tell if thats because im arching my back or not

bring in the bar closer to the shins
extend the arms and depress the scapula
hinge more before grabbing the bar
lock arms and drag your tris into lats
engage glutes and learn to brace better
Hips are too low
are my shoulders not depressed here
and start the deadlift by pushing with the feet into the ground
