i think its partially ur feet are too far/ you arent pushing forward enough/ shoulder mobility
imo u should also try pushing deeper esp if ur gonna use paralettes
the later reps have a bit better depth tho
try pressing forward enoguh so ur elbows are more behind you and when ur at the bottom of the rom u should be able to lift ur feet
which it may help to move ur hands back a bit possibly
so you're thinking I should
- put hands closer to my feet so I can lean more forward
- aim for my nose to be near the floor for more depth
ye a lil closer and try to be vertical if you can at the top
pretty much try mimicking a freestanding hspu but ur feet keep u balanced
