I feel like I haven't been progressing much. I have been stuck on the advanced tuck for a couple months now, but not much progress or if that, very slowly. I am starting to wonder if my training plan is bad, I'm not eating enough food to build muscle (I run 20+ miles/week) or I'm just being impatient.
I have been following Dr. Yaad's front lever guide for a couple months now where I do 1 skill mesocycle to 2 hypertrophy cycles. I train 2 times a week for 3 weeks followed by a deload week. This is what my weekly workout looks like for a hypertrophy cycle:

Skills:
Handstands x10-15min
Adv Tuck FL 2x3-10 seconds
Supported adv tuck fl 2x10-15 seconds
Adv tuck fl negatives 1x1-5 reps
Hypertrophy
Ring Tuck FL Pullups 3x8-12
Elevated Pike Pushups 3x8-12
Weighted Pullups 3x8-12 (45 lbs)
PPPU 3x8-12

Ya I watched it bro, but you're saying I am doing it wrong without specifying anything. I picked out a fraction of a cycle that I could be doing.
Skill 1: FL
Unsupported Static : Adv Tuck FL
Supported Static : Adv Tuck FL
Straight Arm Dynamic: Adv Tuck FL Negatives
Bent Arm Dynamic : Ring FL Pullups

Hypertrophy 1: Pull
Horizontal Pull : Ring FL Pullups (Already done in Skill 1 - Bent Arm Dynamic)

Hypertrophy 2: Push
Horizontal Push : PPPU
Vertical Push : Elev Pike Pushups

  1. i am pretty sure the bent arm dynamic is a separate entry to horizontal pull in his program
#

you are only doing one

#
  1. you said you follow this for 3 weeks and deload
#

his program does not go for 3 weeks and deload on the fourth

#
  1. are you just sticking with 3 sets each week? in his program he adds sets every week more or less
#

it was mainly point two that made me say what i said initially

The reason i do 3 weeks and deload is because my body doesnt really like doing more than 4 weeks of training.

#

I think it was more so me feeling scared that I was overtraining (i have done it many times in the past and gotten injured) so I only trained 3 weeks and I skipped out on the bent arm dynamic pull

And yes I do increment sets each week I just chose a fixed number as an example
