Next step, remove kyphosis (straight back) and push down with hips more cause it it will be more difficult to get the same lean. Or you can elevate legs. Were your shoulders depressed? Bit difficult to notice.
Thanks. My shoulders were depressing and protracting (as much as I could), which also caused kyphosis maybe? I was activating my core which lead to high hips also, u mean that I can activate my core and lower my hips at the same time?
excessive protraction can lead to kyphosis, try to protract without flexing spine. you can do the typical drill on ground in plank or on knees
I mean when your feet are on ground and you have straight back and lean alot then you need to push hips down (keep posterior pelvic tilt) to allow the body greater lean or elevate feet to shoulder height
