Fair. I'm a silly little guy so I can't comment on your routine sorry

#

I just thought it was funny

sand egret
#

i thought that push ups are enough for front delts JohnShitter

#

not a great routine imo

#

you dont need pullups and wide grip pull ups and chin ups

#

all are vertical pulling movements

#

choose one

#

push ups work front delts but if you want bigger front delts work front delts

#

shoulder press hits them nicely though too

#

squad jump im assuming are jumping by squats?

#

are bar leg raises like hanging ab raises or like a leg extension but with a bar

#

maybe do rdls with dumbbells to hit the hammies too

#

you could probably benefit from doing a horizontal pulling movement too

#

db rows

#

what’s with the exercise order by the way?

You should do the hardest exercises first because theyre the most fatiguing, i agree with @worldly hawk about the pullup variants. Do one and a horizontal pull. Squat jumps are going to be more cardio. Its not very balanced, following something proper from the wiki would solve a lot

i agree with @lunar ether and @shy salmon , just follow something from the wiki as its just not a great routine. you’d probably see much better results from following one of the premade routines
