#need advice (the routine is not complicated)

No🙂 just wanna see the reviews on a workout routine that’s structured form my perspective, I know it’s bad but I just want to see what’s bad so I know what to do right
Everything 😅
I dont think its a sustainable plan
And consider people who make manga/anime know nothing about strength training
🥲, just if you have general advice I’m listening, I’m a beginner don’t know what to do
My general advice as a beginner is to follow something already made that is vetted because your goal is to start training effectively now, not start by learning everything to create one yourself because you'll waste a lot of time and spin your wheels training. This was covered in the link I sent you the other day 😅
I feel like following other plans wouldn’t suit my goals, many of them don’t work forearms rear delts lower back inner thigh muscles that I think personally are crucial, and I wanna make it simple yk
I dont think youre going to be completing this and if you do I dont think youll be able to continually add weight to the movements because youre not wanting to do sets and have an arbitrary big number to hit because its just a big number
Yes they do and as a beginner having specific goals like this is somewhat silly because well, all of your muscles are lacking you dont need focus
Every routine will hit what you mentioned
There’s a guy on instagram he’s name is Ibrahim he does 300 push ups 300 pull ups and 300 squats he is RIPPED he has my dream body
That’s a good point, where can I find good simple bodyweight plans?
Cool, I bet thats for show and maybe youre not seeing the whole pictures, and just because 1 guy did it doesnt mean its a good idea or that everyone can also just do that.
Type !bwsf or !rr in #bot-commands
And where do I start to learn how to structure a workout routine?
Ok thanks man🫡
You learn this by doing programs made by other people many times over
