Also I don't like TNG for people learning to bench.
Pause for 1 sec on your chest. Light touch, like your chest is made of paper.
will definitely switch to pause at least for now
will try to dig feet into the ground but tbh I thought I was doing that

Keep your ass on the bench and keep those shoulder blades squeezed together
At the top you're losing retraction.

I just started benching again too. Took a year off to focus on OHP
do you think these things will help bring my bench back in line though
not trying to be argumentative or anything
