Mon- upper Tues-lower Wed-rest Thurs-upper Frid-lower

Upper-
Incline DB press/Barbell bench press- 3x8-10
Barbell row - 3x8-10
Overhead press - 3x8-10
Pull ups/ lat pulldowns - 3x8-10

Lower-
Barbell back squat - 3x6-8
RDL - 3x8-10
Bulgarian split squat - 3x6-10
Hanging knee/leg raises - 3x12-15

When i first went gym yh. But i was not serious and wasnt consistent at all so stopped going and focused on bw movements. But looking to go back to the gym

you’re better off following one of these, but the one you posted is fine if you have a method of progressively overloading and potentially deloading

When u just lower the weight ?
