id have to do it to see exactly but mostly around mid delt and some front

if u only notice pain in the bottom portion of the ROM it could be a mobility or form issue

well i dont know exactly how to explain it but its like if i put ym arms parralel to my shoulders i can lift them into my neck or drop them down and slightly back
should i just try doing it slightly futher back to see if it maybe stretches out?

your lats should be flexed/firm
so part of that is a form issue
part of that might be because you're doing a lot of cable flies

idk why i dont like it i tried 2 and some of the exercise i was doing wrong fixed my form and still couldnt feel it comapred to some other exercises
how you feel it doesnt change whether or not it works
yeah i know that it still works the muscle even if i dont feel it i just prefer following my own routine just a preference and i prefer exercises i feel it in

look at videos of chest fly forms, low to high and high to low
2 chest flies maximum
get rid of this 3rd fly u did where the cables are set middle height
for the low to high chest fly i recommended setting the cables at knee/hip height,
because ur using a lot of front delts doing it from the bottom height
this so that your arm movement will be similar to an incline dumbell press but with straight(slightly bent) arms
and always chest out on flies, dont slouch/protact the shoulders
