you set up more or less fine but you immediately lean back up lol
try keeping your chest basically parallel with the floor
maybe lighten the load a little so its easier for you to get form down before going right into challenging sets
Alright I'll try that this time.
Yeah I dropped the weight to 115 and was able to do 3 with my chest horizontal @worldly galleon
ok post it
I didn't take a video of that one
I'll load it back up and do one more set before I go
Its a little better, I'll work on it more,
@worldly galleon
I can try, I was told to try and pull it to my stomach,
So maybe that's my issue too
can you pull it all the way to your stomach?
it doesnt really look like you're making contact with either
he's got the spirit
I'll try lowering it again. It's just my program says to do a weight I can do 3-5 of and I can do 95lbs for like 15, touching my chest
You'll get there
An important part is that the first stages of any plan are washout periods
adjusting to templates and finding the correct weight
especially with barbell rows I would emphasize the proper form over the heavy weight
and if you can't find a comfort level/balance, you can swap them for any level of row that you can load heavy
I swapped them for Tbar rows fairly quicklu
Oh I can do T Bar rows pretty well.
