general concept is solid
where are you feeling the pain in your upper back
last rep you kinda yoinked it a bit in a pull
leaned super far back and looked a bit awkward
Yeah last rep wasn't great, and like the middle of the top of between My shoulder blade is where I feel the pain
I dunno it's hinda hard to pinpoint

Don't know why it compressed that to shit but you get the idea
scoot your feet a bit further forward at the start; your shins are going a bit far forward causing you to be off balance
ima guess it happened on that last rep because you pull/shrug/something'd with your shoulders to complete the movement
bar is very far forward causing you to initiate the pull off balance
So move my feet more towards the bar and move the bar more towards me?
