Just practicing more will help you depress more

#

Try it build up your l sit time throughout sessions

#

If you're starting with like 40s cumulative (4x10)

#

Work towards like 2 minutes cumulative

#

Slowly. Don't be doing 48 sets of 2.5s 😂

#

But adding more set to get more volume is good

Thank you @neat tiger
I just do a couple of preliminaries and only 2 sets of floor l sit and 1 set of l sit with parallettes because I do skill work before the BWSF routine.
Do you suggest to do more sets in order to accumulate 2 minutes total?

I don't know how much you're doing atm @flint wraith

#

But try to progressively overload

#

That means more total volume, more intensity, lower rests, the usual

#

No all at the same time, that'd be too hard lol

I have a suggestion - if you can only do a five second L sit with good form, then perhaps tuck one leg and get more time under tension… Perhaps you can do 10–15 Seconds per hold?

The previous advice to get a total accumulated time of 120 seconds in a training session is wise, I did this as a Beginner.

So 10 x 12 secs, then 6 x 20, 4 x 30, 2 x 60,… you can adjust to your liking.

for the L-Sit, make sure that you have straight arms, full scapular depression, and one or both legs depending on the progression are completely straight with toes pointed forward , plantar flexion.
