I can only do chin over the bar or below the neck
but I do each reps of regular pull ups fast and I control them all the way down
so I'm actually gonna be at the same pull up bar place later, I'll record some footages of me doing pull ups and let me know what you think of them
I'm working towards my first muscle up aswell and the progressions I've read are weighted pullups and/or explosive/high pullups
