Cobra Kai motherfucker (sick tat)
Nice pants
Okay so the bottom position looks pretty decent but you're sagging at the hips a bit. Squeeze your ass and tuck your tailbone a little bit to stop that from happening.
I've also found it helps me to look at the floor instead of in front of me.
You also turn the rings in at the top. Don't do that. Keep them parallel or turn them out.
At the top , do you need to get the rings together when turning them out? Or is it ok even if you dont? Ive seen a lot of people do both the ways ,it's confusing
No don't touch them together. Just do what you're doing now but don't turn them inwards.
Turn them parallel or (as you get stronger) outwards.
These are RTO push-ups which are a level harder, but the same concept applies
I see
Rto is too hard for me still
Appreciate the feedback. You're right I am sagging
in response to this
pec major functions to adduct arm, so bringing it closer to center may help give that extra squeeze
center of body that is so bringing rings closer together
Not worth doing right now
I also don't think it encourages the best habit. You're not going to be doing that on advanced progressions.
That's more something you would do with bodybuilding work, In which case I'd rather do chest flies and move the anchor points apart
Should I move to RTO pushups right after i get a good grip on normal ring pushups ? Or I should progress to like wide ring pushups / decline ring pushups before moving to RTO?
