Since you don't have height issues I'd get rid of crossing the legs first. Get use to creating tension through the whole body.
Upper body pattern is a little awkward but I feel that will get better in judt a few more sets

By the pattern being awkward do you mean like leaning forward?
I think ur upper body is actually too upright
I think it's a result of me rolling my shoulders forward initially
