Maintain/increase intensity and volume on your cut and you will improve.
The biggest thing is that you turn it into a row.
You have the strength so I wouldn't worry about that on your journey.
I read or heard somewhere the motion should be like a row ? This is wrong
Technically all pulling "rows" but the pullup is a vertical pull, as opposed to a horizontal pull or, row (like a barbell row).
The top of your pull, to me, points out a row.
vs something like this form
Ok that’s a good visual, thanks. I’ll continue to work on it!
I was trying to do chest to bar, but I seem to have put too much emphasis on arching my back
How should feet/legs be ideally ??
Yeah should be a quick fix. You're definitely strong.
I tend to have my legs straight down, like they're tied together.
Some people cross them. Or bend them.
I don't think any one is better than the others, but I would advise them straight down
Ok, straight down also looks cleaner too, like the pic you posted. Thanks for the pointers, definitely helps!’
