Bridge seemed very easy will try a more challenging variation next time. Scope of improvement: Shin needs to be vertical
Rows: I am happy that I did an in-house Jugad, in which whatever material was available. Regarding from, Any updates? Should I go for a higher elevation?
Bridge seemed very easy will try a more challenging variation next time. Scope of improvement: Shin needs to be vertical e, and maintain a posterior pelvic tilt. Looks like my upper back started paining because of posterior pelvic tilt. What was going wrong? When I tried to do that, the upper back seemed to arch a bit. What can be done?
Tagging: @fervent apex @pine orchid I tried to implement what you suggested, kindly check this.
#Day 5. Form check please.

They look better. I notice you bend your back and lift your upper torso first (on a few reps) when fatigued. Avoid that, even if you have to rest an extra second between reps

bridges and pushups need work
more rest is not a great solution for this
I wouldn't say it's a bad solution. In every exercise (Deadlift, Squat, pull-ups, bench press, whatever) it is normal to rest 1 or 2 seconds between reps when fatigue gets high
It is a tool to get a couple more reps in with good form when you know that if you instantly go into the next rep form will fall apart
When starting out you still need to remind yourself of all the cues, so it's another second for that.
Sure there are other solutions, but I believe that what I said is also a valid solution.
within the context of this being day 5 of the primer and the form issue not necessarily being just an issue of strength and more an issue of habit, more rest is not a great solution. Especially because if this is happening on the buildup they should be moving to an incline
especially since its happening like halfway through a set of like... 5-8? or whatever it is
and not on a short set or at the end of a long set
