When i use a narrower stance, i cant go as deep because of but wink
I just tried narrower but the pain is still there

The weight feels quite light but i cant go heavier because then my groin hurts so the pain is holding me back from progres quite a bit

For me this is only temporary and the pain comes back but it helps with the sets !
do you do any adductor work?

@hasty karma try it before squatting for like 5 min
Here’s what I do
I do it for 5 min
rep the bar
Do it again for 2 min
Put a light weight around 135
Do it again for a min then start my sets
pain is still there for me but more bearable
