Have you tried squatting with a narrower stance? If your groin hurts, it may be a mobility issue

The weight feels quite light but i cant go heavier because then my groin hurts so the pain is holding me back from progres quite a bit

Here’s what I do

I do it for 5 min

rep the bar

Do it again for 2 min

#

Put a light weight around 135

#

Do it again for a min then start my sets

#

pain is still there for me but more bearable
