Feels like I don’t go deep at all

#

Feels like I’m doing full ROM though

#

Maybe I just need to work flexibility?

Have very little plantar flexion. Are you getting a decent contraction of the gastroc and soleus muscles?

As a test, use a regular running shoe, trainers, without the higher ankle support.

Either without shoes or with more regular sneaker type exercise uses stand on a stair with your toes on a step and with straight legs get full dorsiflexion and planter flexion. Hold on to the handrail for stability. Now notice the muscle contractions in the calf

On both

Can I send a barefoot pic of my ankle flexion against a wall to show my ROM

#

Oh god this is bad flexibilitykek

Planter flexion on a stair or standing on your tippy toes more or less will contract that gastroc and soleus more.

Did you try to stair test as I described it?
