Back pain might be associated with lack of bracing. I suggest squatting without your belt

You need to send more higher rep form checks, they'll be better for feedback. But I can tell you focused on bracing and it looks better

So conclusion Hayro is better high bar than low bar
I enjoy learning this movement but it's just that due to balancing bracing suffer
